About our Practice:

Our Cloud Managed Services (CMS) Practice consists of a diverse mix of skilled and experienced managed services personnel providing differentiated DevOps and cloud support services for leading edge technology transformation projects in steady state.

The Deloitte Cloud Managed Services team is responsible for providing our clients with the highest level of customer support services by using modern service management frameworks and leading operational tooling.

 

The Windows Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Delivery of critical Infrastructure Projects.
  • Escalations from Engineers to assist in the supporting of essential gateway services.
  • Collaborating with other Deloitte teams, External Service providers and Clients to ensure the
    successful delivery and on-going maintenance of services.
  • Working with both Virtual and Physical infrastructure.
  • Documentation creation and maintenance as required.
  • Following ITIL processes (incident, changes, problems, tasks, service requests).

 

Skills/ Qualifications
Ideally, you’ll be able to demonstrate 10+ years of experience in the Microsoft and Windows space
with a solid ‘big picture’ mindset backed by relevant industry qualifications and:

  • An in-depth understanding of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (and supporting
    technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS)
  • If you’ve specialised in one of the following that would be very advantageous
    • Microsoft Hyper-
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Cloud Virtualisation Technologies
      If you’re self-motivated and quality orientated – you’re ticking more boxes.

Work Entitlement

Due to the nature of the clients this role will be working with, you must be an Australian Citizen and must be willing to undertake the Australian Government Security Vetting process.
