What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team that is passionate about enabling our clients to lead strategic transformations in their organisations through high impact experiences that deliver true business value and lasting results. You will lead streams or areas of a program team in collaboration with leaders both within Deloitte and with our clients. In doing so, you may lead and manage a junior team member.
Together, we co-design change solutions, using Human Centred Design approaches, customised to business needs – and agile when appropriate. You will gain experience working on large scale business transformation projects including:
- Organisational Change Management/ Business Readiness
- Technology Adoption
- Stakeholder engagement and communications
- Capability development and communications
- Organisational Design
- Workforce Transition

We are looking for emerging change practitioners with at least 4 years of experience. This experience should be in similar work environments where you work to create structure and direction to your work. You will be willing to learn, love getting stuck into a complex problem, be empathetic and have great people skills. We want to see your personality shine, have you engage in the internal business of Deloitte and chase the issues and work that interests you.
You will have:
- You are a manager of change.
You have solid change management experience and can lead streams within a program of change. This includes experience from either a professional services environment, government or industry, and have played a significant role to lead programs of change and made an impact on business transformation projects. Experience should include:- Planning and conducting workplace or organisational change in a large or complex organisation;
- Facilitating change planning; including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change management planning;
- Design for business including persona development, storytelling, design thinking workshops, human centred design
- You are solution focussed.
You apply functional knowledge to inform solution development and contribute to recommendations that enable the client’s business agenda. This includes bringing a combination of domain expertise and sector knowledge to make recommendations that enable your client’s business agenda. - You can lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis.
You bring critical thinking and structure to understand the driving factors which impact different aspects of business, and can structure analysis to help inform a position and way forward.

You have experience in using business context and objectives to inform business cases that deliver value to the client when forming a future state vision. - You are driven to learn and grow.

You value your colleagues; you show empathy and bring people together in a shared vision. This extends to your client approach, which is characterised by energy, engagement and wholly client centric. - The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance (requiring Australian Citizenship)
