Our AI & Automation practice within Deloitte Consulting is leveraging established and emerging technologies to maximise our clients’ productivity and freedom to innovate. As a Process Intelligence Data Engineer, you will be empowered to identify operational improvement opportunities leveraging enterprise data and technologies. We are now looking for knowledgeable and passionate people to accelerate an expansion of our capability into the rapidly growing Process Intelligence space.

About the Role

 

  • Help clients drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging Intelligent Automation capabilities and insights uncovered through process mining technologies
  • Drive business process analysis and assessments for automation opportunities, understand their challenges, and prepare documentation of solutions and coding
  • Analyse, understand and document the business processes in detail where required and communicate effectively with business counterparts and stakeholders
  • Understand process data, data structure and reports etc. in various formats from multiple source systems
  • Extract, transform and load data from source systems to various process mining tools
  • Design solutions in accordance with Deloitte and vendor specific design principles and standards
  • Configure new processes and technical objects using core architecture principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
  • Delivery and support of automated solutions by following best practices and delivery/support lifecycles
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day-to-day running of processes automation and providing timely responses and solutions as required
  • Communicating with software vendor support team for technical issues and participating with other user community
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
  • Guiding and supporting junior team members as required
  • Perform all technical aspects of development using best in class RPA, ICR/OCR, NLP, Process Mining, Cognitive Agents tools

 

Knowledge and Experience Required      

                    

  • At least 3 years of working expereicne witin the Intelligent Automation Spcae
  • Experience in delivering technical solutions, Process Mining, RPA, ICR/OCR, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive agents, low code platforms and data visualisation.
  • Experience in consulting environment across diverse domains.
  • Good understanding of data modelling, and ETL tools.
  • Experience in VBA, .NET, JAVA, C++, SQL scripting, SOAP/REST based API or equivalent.
  • Development experience using Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, Signavio, Abby Timeline, or similar tools.
  • Blue Prism, UiPath, MS Azure, and AWS accreditation will be preferred.
  • Experience of software development projects, particularly automation projects is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects that meet schedules on time.
