Are you ready to help shape the cities, communities, and infrastructure of tomorrow? We are seeking a talented Manager to join our Infrastructure & Industrials team. This is your opportunity to apply your property expertise to strategic projects of national significance, particularly within the Defence and major government program sectors.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager, you will be at the centre of complex and high-impact projects. You will provide critical advice on property transactions and strategic estate management for our key Defence and Commonwealth clients. Your role will involve guiding clients through complex disposals and acquisitions, with a focus on applying Commonwealth policies like the Commonwealth Property Disposals Policy and the Lands Acquisition Act 1989. You will lead property market research, conduct financial analysis, and develop feasibility models to support major investment decisions. A key part of your day will be preparing high-quality reports and proposals, building lasting client relationships, and coaching junior team members.

About you

You are a strategic thinker with a background in real estate, valuations, precinct development, town planning, or engineering. With 6+ years of relevant experience, you have a strong foundation in property market analysis, development feasibility, or strategic advisory. Ideally, you have experience working within the Defence sector or on other major precinct infrastructure programs, and you possess a working knowledge of Commonwealth property policies. You have strong financial and modelling skills, a sharp eye for research, and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights. A collaborative spirit and a relevant property-related qualification are essential.
