The Deloitte Consulting Transformation & Operations team assists Senior Executives, CEOs and Boards of leading Australian corporations and government agencies to deliver operational excellence. We improve profitability and business productivity for our clients through a comprehensive set of service offerings and performance improvement capabilities.


The Deloitte Consulting Operations team provides a dynamic environment where you will work alongside Partners and senior members of the Firm to develop solutions to some of our clients’ most complex challenges.  Deloitte’s differentiation rests on the diverse capabilities of our people, and the strong team based culture to deliver the best advice to our clients.  In this collaborative role, you will be challenged to provide outstanding strategic analysis and direction to our clients.



About your Experience

In response to strong client demand for our services, we are currently seeking to recruit outstanding Managers to join our Operations and Transformation Consulting team. We encourage anyone who possesses the following experience and skills, regardless of background, to apply: 


  • Relevant consulting experience in a consulting firm, boutique strategy house or an internal advisory role
  • Experience in planning, leading and mentoring teams to deadlines with a passion to develop others as well as self
  • Experience managing senior relationships within client organisations
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills (e.g. financial or operational modelling) and application of consulting methods
  • Expertise in designing and implementing solutions and leading project teams
  • Desirable: Experience in areas such as supply chain, enterprise cost reduction, process efficiency and re-engineering
  • Desirable: Experience working in large scale operational transformation consulting projects
