We have an interesting role for a Manager who is interested in supporting public sector agencies achieve against their performance expectations and accountability obligations.


About the team


You will be working as part of multi-disciplined teams on a variety of Public Sector projects. You will form a key part of our growing Public Sector Performance and Accountability team and will contribute through managing client engagements, leading cross-functional teams and supporting development activities.

We’re looking for someone with:   

  • 5-7 years’ experience in business analysis, conducting reviews and operating model design 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate concisely and effectively
  • Ability to analyse complex environments, identify key challenges and design solution options
  • Sensitivity to the complex demands faced by government agencies in delivering on their mandate, and interest in facilitating maturity improvements that help these agencies acquit their obligations efficiently and effectively.
  • Understanding of the performance and accountability frameworks government operates within is also highly valued
  • Exceptional written communication skills including ability to write detailed reports
  • Experience in program design, program evaluation or compliance is desirable
