This is an exciting opportunity to act as a manager in charge and join our team of external auditors based in Canberra. Our team is growing due to the purposeful and impactful outcomes we deliver to our clients - that’s why we need you!

What will your typical day look like?

In our team of experts, you are responsible for the delivery of engagements for a wide range of clients while providing coaching and training to juniors. Your leadership skills set team direction and add value to our clients by demonstrating your expertise on auditing principles, practices, and standards. There is no doubt this role will enhance your audit career through continuous exposure on complex accounting issues and business environments. We value on delivering more than traditional audit services and you will be actively involved in innovation and development, promoting efficient operations, and work with directors and partners on applying our methodology.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
 

• At least 5 years’ experience in external audit with managerial experience
• Possess a CA qualification (or equivalent)
• Possess a bachelor’s degree or above in accounting/commerce or a related field
• Translatable experience including working with a government accounting function
• Strong communication, leadership, project management, and multitasking skills
• An existing security clearance would be advantageous

Due to the client requirements, all candidates must undergo a security clearance check, and only Australian citizens can be considered for this role.
