Are you passionate about solving the big issues and driving impactful change for influential public sector organisations? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Director to join our Infrastructure & Project Solutions team. You will help shape Australia's future by working on some of the nation's most significant and complex programs.

 

What will your typical day look like?

 

As an Associate Director, you will help businesses, governments, and communities design and implement transformative change. Our team advises on some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects, focusing on Federal Government and Defence clients. You will lead complex projects and programs across the entire asset lifecycle, from strategy and business case development to procurement and delivery. A key part of your role will be leading business development opportunities, including developing proposals for new client work. You'll also manage and lead high-performing teams, guide junior colleagues, and use your skills to build strong client relationships.

 

About you

 

You are a highly motivated leader with extensive experience leading complex projects, programs, or procurements in a client-facing advisory role. You have proven experience leading project management functions, ideally, possessing experience within the Defence sector or on other Major Precinct or Civil Infrastructure Programs.. Your ability to lead stakeholder conversations at the executive level is highly effective, and you have a strong understanding of project finances, contracts, and commercial negotiations. You are curious, passionate about developing others, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as engineering, project management, or construction is required.

 

Security Clearance

 

Due to the nature of our projects, you must be an Australian citizen and either hold a current NV1 security clearance or be eligible to obtain one. Deloitte will support the right candidate through the AGSVA clearance process.
