We are hiring across multiple opportunities in our Industrials and Infrastructure team in Canberra. If you want to work on national programs that influence how Australia operates, while building a career full of variety, challenge and meaningful impact, this could be your next step.
What could your next role look like?
As part of our Canberra Industrials and Infrastructure team, you’ll contribute to work that shapes the nation, particularly across Defence, National Security and major public-sector transformation. Whether you are early in your career or looking to step into a senior leadership role, you will work on complex programs, solve real problems and help clients deliver outcomes that matter.
You’ll have access to coaching, structured learning and national project networks that accelerate your development, supporting you to a career experience you wouldn’t find anywhere else.
Junior-level practitioners: you will build strong foundations across problem solving, project delivery, analysis and client engagement. You will contribute to designing and delivering some of the most visible national programs in Australia, while learning how to coordinate high-performing teams, support business development activities and collaborate closely with clients to meet project requirements. You will receive structured training across strategy, transformation and project and program management, supported by leaders who want to see you grow.
Senior-level practitioners: you will lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects and major programs. You will oversee multiple workstreams, guide clients through complex decision making and engage directly with senior stakeholders across Defence and government. You will shape strategy, provide mentoring and leadership to your teams and bring a steady, informed perspective to programs that require precision and sustained change. Your role will influence the direction of major capital initiatives and help set clients up for long-term success.

We are looking for talented people who:
Junior-level experience:

Have experience delivering complex projects, programs or procurements in a client-facing or advisory role, either in-house or in consulting

Bring strengths across project controls, planning, commercial procurement, engineering, governance, benefits realisation or business case development

Communicate clearly and confidently at both executive and working levels

Work collaboratively and value team connection
Senior-level experience:
-
Demonstrate advanced program delivery expertise across core P3M functions, including risk, issue and schedule management, ideally within Federal Government or Defence

Bring proven leadership capability and experience guiding teams through large, complex programs

Stay curious and forward-thinking, with experience applying innovative or technology-enabled solutions

Communicate with ease across clients, stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams
Security requirements:

Australian citizenship is required due to the nature of our client work

NV1 or higher clearance is preferred

Applicants must hold a minimum AGSVA Baseline clearance with the ability to obtain NV1
