Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You’ll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, flexible work options, and wellbeing support as you grow your skills and confidence.

Location:  Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney

Eligibility: Final-year students or recent graduates, Australian citizen for Canberra / PR or Australian citizen for all other locations

About the team

You’ll be joining the a team of specialists with deep expertise across HR strategy, operating model design and digital transformation who value learning, collaboration and diverse thinking. The team supports early-career development through coaching, buddy support and hands-on experience.

 What will your typical day look like?

Day-to-day, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.

Organisational and Workforce Transformation

As a graduate in this team, you’ll:

• help our clients with their workforce strategy, workforce planning, workforce composition, workforce activation and workforce motivation 
• work with our clients to deliver change and culture transformation
• design, implement and improve the way that our client organisations work to maximise their performance and engagement

HR Strategy & Operations 

As a graduate in this team, you’ll:  

• conduct project research and data analysis to inform HR recommendations 
• use your expertise to map HR processes in support of technology design

Human Capital Management and Payroll Cloud Technology Implementation

As a graduate in this team, you’ll:

• design, implement and integrate Human Capital Management and Payroll Cloud Technology (think Oracle HCM, Peoplesoft, SAP Success Factors, Servicenow and Workday) to drive digital transformation and optimise operational efficiency

We’re seeking final year students or recent graduates (within 2 years) to join our graduate program.  

You may have all or some of the following:

• Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback
• Alignment with Deloitte’s values and inclusive culture
• You’ll be studying towards or have completed a relevant degree, such as Psychology, Commerce, Analytics, Philosophy, Cultural Studies, Political Science, Law.
