Join our Tech & Transformation practice in Canberra and help government organisations solve complex operational challenges that matter. What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you’ll work closely with public sector clients on their most important operational and business transformation priorities. You will lead engagements, shape practical solutions and guide teams to deliver work that improves performance, service delivery and organisational outcomes.

You’ll spend your time building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions, reviewing operational issues and translating insights into clear recommendations. You will also collaborate with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams across Deloitte to deliver strong client outcomes and grow your impact.

About the team

You will sit within Deloitte’s Operations, Industry and Domain Solutions team in our Tech & Transformation practice. The team supports major clients across Australia and brings together a strong mix of transformation, operations and delivery expertise, with a culture that is collaborative, client-focused and committed to quality.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

- 10+ years of experience in operations, business transformation or delivery

- Government consulting experience, ideally in complex public sector settings

- Strong communication, analysis and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

- Strong and adaptable facilitation skills

- Experience conducting desktop research, data analysis and document reviews

- Ability to synthesise findings into clear reports and actionable recommendations

- Curiosity, initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving

- Minimum AGSVA NV1 clearance and based in Canberra
