Join Our Team in Canberra! Seeking business transformation and operations experts with Government consulting experience. Must be in Canberra with an NV1 clearance or higher.
What will your typical day look like?
This is an exciting career opportunity for a career focused Director to join our Operation Transformation and immerse yourself in services that drive operational excellence in government organisations. In this role you’ll engage directly with high-profile public-sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority operational related problems and collaborate with the Sarah Evans and the team to deliver extraordinary results for our clients.
About the team
Deloitte’s Tech & Transformation client service team supports some of Deloitte’s largest clients nationally across a variety of industries.
You will report directly to the Partners / Directors in Operation, Industry and Domain Solutions team and work with team who prioritise client success.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in operations and delivery, strong communication, analysis, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
- Strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills
- Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports)
- Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
- Minimum AGSVA NV1 clearance
