Digital Architect- Senior Manager

What will your typical day look like?

You will play a critical role within our Digital Strategy Team. Working with our multidisciplinary team, you will be the conduit between business, technology, creative and strategy. It will be your responsibility to immerse yourself in the vision of our clients, solve complex digital problems, and plan and prioritise the work of medium to large agile teams to drive delivery of successful digital products and services. 


No day will be the same, some examples of your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Designing the appropriate technology solution to the client’s specific business need.
  • Providing advisory consulting to digital, business and technology client leaders in areas such as: Digital Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, IT convergence, product management, and platform architecture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in the field of digital technology led transformation from strategic vision, development of business cases all the way through to solution delivery.
  • Provide client centric consulting solutions, coaching and guiding key and senior client stakeholders on complex technology related business issues and providing transformative guidance in technology architectural decisions.
  • Support our teams to shape large deals / pursuits and to present solutions / proposals to clients; especially in areas such as Enterprise / Solution architecture, due diligence, technology selection, or digital technology integration.
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants to improve their technology consulting capability.

You will strive to delve into the details of what a solution needs to meet these demands, and the intricate rules around it. You understand the importance of walking in the shoes of the business, but also have the ability to balance this with creating a cohesive and joyful customer experience.


You are someone with:

  • A strong track record leading client advisory, technology selection and solutioning and a hands-on role in leading complex transformation engagements.
  • Demonstrable success working with SME's, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and key business stakeholders at all levels to unpack business problem statements, intended business outcomes and functional + non-functional acceptance criteria for the solution architecture
  • Experienced in Enterprise Architecture (including creating architecture roadmaps) and integration architecture; with a focus on forward looking technology visions
  • Extensive experience working with a variety of digital and cloud-based technologies, microservices / API’s
  • Experience in working with multidisciplinary agile teams during both design and development sprints, including a familiarity with JIRA, GIT, agile concepts and test driven development.
  • Strong understanding of the development process, project management principles, client. relationship management, and pre-sales activities.
  • A love for working with digital products and services, and an understanding of how the landscape works in the modern world, with a keen interest in digital innovation and an appreciation for customer insights and industry trends.
  • Broad understanding of core digital capabilities such as CRM, CMS, DXP and Analytics, and how these capabilities can be deployed to solve client and customer problems.
