We’re looking for talented people who… 

  • Have experience in Data and/or ML Engineering, with hands-on experience in Python or SQL (dbt highly regarded). 
  • Bring strong SQL and database skills, with an understanding of modern data architectures such as data warehouses, data lakes and Lakehouse or data mesh patterns. 
  • Have experience in data modelling and ETL/ELT pipeline development. 
  • Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks or Snowflake). 
  • Understand the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment and monitoring. 
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and enjoy working in collaborative, cross-functional teams. 
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or a similar quantitative discipline 
  • Have consulting or client-facing experience and relevant technical certifications (highly regarded).
