What will your typical day look like?  

A Change Consultant is one of those roles that has the power to influence the ongoing and sustained transformation undertaken by a business and its people.
A critical role in a team where your focus on the human aspects of change takes people and organisations on a journey to realise strategic transformations that deliver true blue business value and lasting results.
Some of our large-scale business transformation projects include:

  • Organisational Change Management/ Business Readiness
  • Behaviour change
  • Communications
  • Organisational Design

You will work with and learn from some of the best leaders in the field, while working on some of the most exciting Government projects. 

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We are looking for emerging change practitioners with 2+ years’ experience seeking to apply your skills and learn more from the Organisational Transformation community and the latest global ‘change by design’ methodology.

We are seeking candidates from a range of backgrounds, we would love to hear from you if you have experience in some (or all) of the following areas:

  • Organisational Design
  • Change Management
  • Strategic Communications 
  • Behavioural Science 
  • Transformation Delivery 
  • Federal Government 
  • Leadership Development
  • High level writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Governance and Public Administration
  • Ministerial liaison

Due to the nature of the work, there is a requirement for candidates to hold Australian citizenship and have the ability to undertake an AGSVA security clearance (if not already held)
