About our Practice:

Our Engineering as a Service (EaaS) Practice consists of a diverse mix of skilled and experienced managed services personnel providing differentiated DevOps and Cloud support services for leading edge technology transformation projects in steady state.

The Deloitte EaaS team is responsible for providing our clients with the highest level of customer support services by using modern service management frameworks and leading operational tooling.

Our business is growing and we’re on the look-out for a Network Engineer to join the team. The role includes a focus on Network monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and managing work loads of cross functional teams.

 

About the Role

We are seeking an Atlassian Specialist to support our Managed Services team in delivering high-quality administration, optimization, and support for clients using Atlassian products. In this role, you will work closely with multiple clients, ensuring their Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket environments are well-managed, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian environments for multiple clients.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Customize workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting to meet client needs.
  • Manage user access, security settings, and compliance across different client environments.
  • Perform regular system health checks, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party applications and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work with Agile, DevOps, and ITSM teams to align tools with business processes.
  • Proactively identify and recommend improvements to clients based on best practices.
  • Deliver training and user support to maximize tool adoption.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Atlassian administration, preferably in a Managed Services or multi-client environment.
  • Strong expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Experience with Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, REST APIs, and other Atlassian customization tools.
  • Understanding of ITIL, Agile, ITSM, and DevOps best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance, security, and scalability across multiple environments.
  • Strong communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and clients.
  • Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-600, etc.) are a plus.

 

Work Entitlement

Due to the nature of the clients this role will be working with, you must be an Australian Citizen and must have a Negative on the Australian Government Security Vetting.
