Vacationer Program  

Our Vacationer Program is a paid summer internship (4–8 weeks) offering real client exposure, project work, and structured onboarding. You’ll have a dedicated buddy, access to networking and social events, and the opportunity to be considered for an early Graduate offer. 

Program Details: 

Start dates: November 2026 – February 2027 

Duration: 4 weeks 

Program type: paid summer internship 

Location: Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney 

Eligibility: Penultimate year students, Australian citizen for Canberra / PR or Australian citizen for all other locations  

About the teams

Both of these teams truly value learning, collaboration and diverse thinking. The teams will support early-career development through coaching, buddy support and hands-on experience.  The team supports early-career development through coaching, buddy support and hands-on experience.

Finance Transformation team are a group of vibrant, high performing professionals passionate about helping CFOs stay ahead of the curve.

Supply Chain and Procurement team are a group of transformation experts with deep industry insight who value learning, collaboration and diverse thinking. The work they do is varied and no two days are the same. Clients may ask for advice on how to build resilience in their supply chain, how to build manufacturing capability, or help them refocus on their people and capabilities for the future in digitally-enabled teams. 

What will your typical day look like?

Day-to-day, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.

Finance Transformation

As a vacationer in this team, you’ll:

• evolve financial and management reporting
• re-imagine finance and enterprise operating models
• modernize and innovate financial tech and data solutions

Supply Chain & Procurement

As a vacationer in this team, you’ll:

• support digital transformation initiatives that improve how organisations buy goods and services, manage suppliers, and operate their supply chains 
• work on procurement technology implementations, helping clients design, configure and embed new digital tools and platforms 
• analyse data to identify cost savings, supply risks and process inefficiencies, using insights to inform better decision-making 
• contribute to sourcing projects, supplier evaluations and process redesign initiatives across industries including Financial Services, Public Sector, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Mining and Oil & Gas

We’re seeking penultimate year students to join our vacationer program.

You may have all or some of the following:

• Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback

• You’ll be studying towards or have completed a relevant degree, such as Engineering, Business or Commerce, Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Finance or Economics
