About the team

In Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA), we are focussed on supporting finance teams across all industries by leveraging deep expertise in accounting, finance, and audit. We deliver a tailored approach to each client and geography, with a focus on three core areas:

  • Enhance finance team efficiency through process optimisation and technology implementation
  • Provide critical guidance during complex events such as mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and implementation of new accounting standard
  • Deliver value-driven insights to meet financial, statutory, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.

We are trusted advisors to some of the largest Australian and global corporations, key Federal and State government bodies, and not-for-profit entities.

What will your typical day look like?

Every day you’ll build your skills and knowledge through practical, hands-on experience.  You’ll work alongside professionals who are experts in their field, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support.

As a Vacationer in the ARA team, you’ll:

  • Get exposure working on real engagements and projects, allowing you to see how finance teams work and how we serve our clients
  • Engage with stakeholders and top-tier clients on key projects to improve financial reporting and efficiency
  • Work with and be mentored by our senior leaders as well as your buddies and peers

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
