About the team 
Deloitte Equity and Incentives is a part of our Reward Practice which sits within our Global Employer Services team (GES). With global growth comes greater employment complexities - that’s where we come in. Deloitte Global Employer Services help multinational corporations navigate multifaceted tax laws and labour regulations. Combining tax research and data analytics, we give advice on global compensation, Visa and work permits, employment taxes and policy design for international assignments.


What will your typical day look like?
Play an integral role in our growing employee equity and reward plan practice and have the opportunity to work within Equity Tax, Legal and Technology. In this dynamic role and team not only will you be assisting with advice on successful equity and rewards programs you will also innovate solutions to complex issues for our global clients. You will also:

  • Help our clients manage their global income tax and legal obligations for the local and global share plan participants
  • Understand and support our clients with their income tax withholding requirements during vesting cycles and year end reporting for their global equity plans
  • Be passionate about digital solutions that help clients of tomorrow with managing their equity needs

You are someone who:

  • Has recently completed, or is in your final year of a Commerce or Law degree
  • Enjoys working with a team and can work with a diverse range of clients across Australia and other parts of the world
  • Is self-driven, resourceful and problem solver oriented
  • Enjoys working with numbers and technology and is self-motivated drive our digital offerings
  • Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively toward common goals and utilise past experience in successfully delivering analytically driven insight
