Deloitte’s UKG Pro Workforce Management practice is the largest in Australia and continues to grow. Our team brings together specialists who design and deliver workforce technology solutions for some of the country’s most recognised organisations.

You will work across the full UKG Pro Workforce Management ecosystem, supported by specialists in timekeeping, advanced scheduling, forecasting, analytics, reporting and integrations. With more than 90 UKG professionals across Australia and access to a global Deloitte community, you’ll be part of a true community of practice where knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous learning are part of everyday work.
Teams typically work across one to three projects at a time, allowing you to focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for clients while collaborating closely with specialists across Deloitte’s broader Human Capital practice, including payroll, HCM, workforce integrity, organisational design and change management.
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled UKG Senior Specialist / Architect to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions team, focusing on UKG Pro Workforce Management.
In this role, you will play a key role in designing and delivering workforce management solutions for complex client environments. You will work closely with clients to translate workforce challenges into practical technology solutions, while also mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of Deloitte’s UKG practice.
As a Senior Specialist Lead, you will
- Lead the design and implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions
Architect and design scalable UKG solutions that align with the client’s broader technology landscape.
- Facilitate client workshops and solution design
Work closely with stakeholders to evaluate complex requirements, configure solutions and provide ongoing functional guidance.
- Provide leadership and mentoring
Support and develop team members by sharing expertise, coaching consultants and contributing to capability development across the practice.
- Deliver high-quality consulting outcomes
Ensure solutions reflect best practice, balancing functionality, integration complexity and user experience.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Work closely with Deloitte specialists across workforce technology, payroll, HR transformation and organisational change to deliver end-to-end workforce transformation.
- Maintain product expertise
Stay current with product releases and maintain relevant certifications across the UKG platform.

You will bring
- Proven experience as a lead consultant or senior practitioner working with UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Experience delivering multiple implementation projects in complex environments
- Specialist expertise across one or more functional areas such as time and attendance, optimised rostering, forecasting or activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- Excellent problem-solving and solution design capability
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and delivery outcomes
