About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing Senior Manager 12-month parental leave cover in the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing team at Deloitte.
As the Senior Manager for Wellbeing, you will play an essential role in designing and delivering on a range of strategic Wellbeing initiatives, projects and programs to further protect and enhance the wellbeing and mental health of our people. Some of these priorities include:
- Develop and implement systems and processes to improve our approach to enhancing the wellbeing and mental health of our people, reducing harm from psychosocial risks and improving psychosocial safety.
- Initiate and undertake strategic analysis, research and case studies, utilising data-driven insights to enhance systems and processes.
- In working with the WHS team, create a strategic approach to psychosocial safety that delivers on compliance obligations but also demonstrates leading practice to enhance psychological health and safety within Deloitte.
- Engage and consult with senior leaders to drive improvements in wellbeing, mental health and psychosocial safety performance and outcomes.
Develop and deliver innovative strategies and solutions, tailored to teams and business units. - Continue to activate the wellbeing calendar throughout the year to drive in-person engagement and connection, amplifying our position and support for wellbeing.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about the business case for workplace wellbeing and mental health. You will have strong experience in a similar role with a proven track record of designing and delivering market leading programs and initiatives within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
You’ll also have:
• Strong working knowledge of the workplace wellbeing landscapes across Australia
• Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory landscape including psychosocial risk management
• Outstanding project management experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data and insights to design interventions
• Confident and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
• The experience and ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders
• Creative and innovative thinking
• A strong professional network
