Our national Learning team creates and delivers innovative, exciting and impactful learning solutions for our people. An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Consultant in Learning to join the Learning Business Partnering team based in our Brisbane office.

 

What will your typical day look like?  
As a Senior Consultant in the Learning Business Partnering team, you'll be responsible for delivering agile learning projects aligned to Business Unit learning strategy and priorities. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and deliverables. Day to day you will be leading projects and/or work as a part of a project team to design, build and facilitate learning experiences. 
In addition, a core part of your role will be facilitating programs across Business Units and cohorts, with a focus on creating impactful learning experiences.
This role reports to Senior Manager - Learning Business Partnering and is an integral part of the Deloitte Learning team.

We're looking for someone with a passion for learning and development, a curious outlook and a growth mindset. Your ability to balance business needs, learning outcomes and the leaner experience will be critical for success in this role.

You are someone with:

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • A strong learning background specifically in a medium to large corporate
  • Business partnering background with project management experience 
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Ability to think flexibly, to learn and solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated capability to build, influence and manage stakeholder relationships 
  • Commercial acumen, with experience in reporting and building insights to influence decision making
  • Strong facilitation and design skills across all mediums; virtual, digital and instructor lead learning
  • Solid experience using and understanding learning technology and systems – experience in EdApp, Articulate and EdCast beneficial
  • Passion for networking, with the drive to connect the dots across a complex matrix organisation
