What will your typical day look like?

Across customer-facing digital products, you'll help drive quality from sprint planning through to release, making sure features meet functional and non-functional expectations. The work includes designing and maintaining UI automation using tools like Playwright, building integrated coverage across web, app and API layers, and supporting strong test practices within Agile delivery teams.

You'll work closely with engineers, designers, product specialists and client stakeholders to identify risks early, troubleshoot issues, and improve confidence in release decisions. That could mean contributing to test strategy, managing defect triage, or using exploratory and risk-based testing to uncover issues that matter to users.

There is plenty of variety in the role, with opportunities to stay hands-on while building broader consulting capability. You'll contribute to better ways of working, support quality outcomes across user stories and features, and grow your ability to influence delivery teams through practical, well-informed advice.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• 3-4 years' experience in automation testing across digital interfaces such as web and app, with integrated API testing

• Experience with UI automation frameworks such as Playwright

• Capability in designing, building and maintaining automated test suites in Agile delivery environments

• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, test design techniques, exploratory testing and risk-based testing

• Experience supporting quality outcomes across user stories, features and releases

• Familiarity with test management tools such as Zephyr

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

• Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary Agile teams
