We’re now looking for a Senior Analyst to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to deepen your property expertise and contribute to projects that transform communities across Queensland and Australia.  

 

 

What will your day look like? 

 

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll provide research and analysis to support a range of complex and high-impact projects, working alongside experienced practitioners from across Deloitte. Your days could include: 

 

  • Analysing residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use property markets to generate insights that inform strategic decisions 

  • Assisting with feasibility modelling, financial analysis, and business case development 

  • Contributing to advisory engagements across master planning, precinct development, urban renewal, and transport-oriented development  

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, proposals, and client presentations  

  • Undertaking research and data analysis to understand market trends and to inform recommendations 

  • Collaborating closely with Managers and senior leaders to deliver high quality client outcomes. 

 

About our team 

 

Our Real Estate Advisory team is part of Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Industrials group within Strategy, Risk & Transactions. 

 

Our team brings together property market analysts, development managers, engineers, town planners, land economists, and finance professionals. This blend of expertise allows us to advise on any stage of the property lifecycle, drawing on broad industry experience and a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics. 

 

We work on some of Australia’s most high profile infrastructure and urban renewal projects across transport, education, health, utilities, sport, recreation, and more.

 

 

What we’re looking for 

 

We know you’ll bring your own unique strengths, but ideally you’ll also have: 

 

  • A property-related qualification (real estate, development, economics or similar) 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in roles such as market analysis, valuation, development feasibility, or strategic advisory 

  • Strong financial modelling skills (DCF, feasibility, Excel) 

  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail  

  • The ability to synthesise research and data into clear insights 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and eagerness to grow your advisory capability.
