We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior in Charge to join our External Audit team within Financial Services in Brisbane. Our team is growing as a result of the purposeful, high-impact outcomes we deliver for clients - and that growth means we’re looking for you.

What will your typical day look like?

In this rewarding role, you will use your leadership and mentoring skills to act as a Senior in Charge on external audit engagements. You will stay up to date with regulations, standards and leading practice to help maintain audit quality, while also contributing to innovation and the development of new offerings that go beyond traditional audit services.

You’ll work with a broad portfolio of clients, giving you ongoing exposure to complex accounting issues and diverse business environments, and helping you build a strong and varied audit career.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You may have some or all of the following:

  • 4+ years’ experience in external audit, with specific exposure to Financial Services

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Commerce or a related field

  • CA qualification (or equivalent), or be close to completion

  • Experience in professional services within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm is preferred

  • Strong communication, leadership, project management and multitasking skills

The minimum salary requirement for this role is $70,000 - $97,000.
