We are looking for a Brisbane-based SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Onboarding Specialist Lead to join Deloitte's growing HR Transformation practice 

What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you will consult with clients to design and build Employee Central or Onboarding solutions. You will also lead or participate in workshops with business owners to gather requirements and validate solutions

The role includes managing client expectations on deliverables and timelines, preparing project documentation, and creating requirements, configuration and user guides. You will also facilitate training sessions for end users or HR teams so they can understand the system effectively 

This is a role for someone who can work independently, manage a small team of junior consultants, and contribute across multiple projects at once.

The Deloitte HR Transformation team provides specialised services across leading Human Resources, Payroll and Workforce Management solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and UKG Dimensions. The team is recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services and support

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You will have the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or Onboarding implementation 

  • Hands-on configuration knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SF Onboarding is essential 

  • Configuration knowledge in SF Time Off, SF Timesheet or SF Time Tracking would be an advantage 

  • Proven implementation experience across the employee lifecycle, with data migration experience beneficial 

  • Strong experience gathering, assessing and developing requirements from business owners 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate system configurations into business language 

  • A customer service-focused, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and project scopes 

  • The ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and support junior team members
