We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the lead on transformative projects that don’t just deliver systems—but deliver real impact for people and businesses.

This role is about more than managing timelines—it’s about building connections, solving challenges, and creating environments where both clients and teams succeed. You’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive culture where your voice matters, your career can grow globally, and your work will make a tangible difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Oracle HCM Cloud projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery from discovery through to go-live.
  • Partner with clients to understand their people, payroll, and workforce challenges and guide them towards best practice solutions.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, and teams, while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed.
  • Run workshops, training, and change activities that empower clients to get the most out of their Oracle HCM investment.
  • Inspire teams, drive collaboration, and look for opportunities to innovate and continuously improve delivery.

About You

  • You’re an experienced Project Manager with a background in Oracle HCM Cloud (or a similar HRIS/Payroll system).
  • You know what it takes to deliver a successful HR technology project—balancing people, process, and technology.
