What will your typical day look like?

As a PeopleSoft Payroll Consultant you will:

You are someone who has experience in providing professional PeopleSoft HCM consulting, implementation, upgrade or support services, with strong customer service skills and the ability to build exceptional client relationships.


  • PeopleSoft Global Payroll consultant.
  • 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Global Payroll ideally with AUS or NZL deployment experiences.
  • Good knowledge on Time & Labour, Absence Management and Core HR is beneficial
  • Working knowledge of fluid and new components like GP
  • Certified in PeopleSoft or equivalent industry experience
  • Understanding in new PeopleSoft technologies, for example, AWE, Fluid, Event Mapping etc would be highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills, in particular in leadership roles, e.g. leading customer meetings and workshops.
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to gain commitment from others.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Understand when to escalate.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
