As a Markets Growth Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and executing the Brisbane market growth plan. You’ll lead initiatives to identify key clients, build robust relationship strategies, and deliver exceptional client experiences ranging from strategic events to tailored programs; all with a focus on strengthening Deloitte’s brand and market eminence.

What will your typical day look like?  

 

  • Lead the development and execution of the local market growth plan in the relevant region ​
  • Lead the development of the Markets Client Portfolio and identify the locally important clients in that market ​
  • Lead the development of the Relationship Strategy for the relevant market and then lead the delivery of client programs and experiences. This includes (but not limited to) event coordination and management ​
  • Manage market eminence, brand and marketing opportunities as it pertains to the local market, connecting with the relevant stakeholders across the Growth team in relation to local activations​
  • Manage the activation of market-based memberships and sponsorships to develop firm eminence and client relationships​
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met​
  • Identify process improvements to deliver efficiency, effectiveness and value, including reporting to support activity and enhance outcomes​
  • Managing stakeholders to support activities and communicate clearly in line with stakeholder expectations and demonstrate an understanding of stakeholder priorities and manage accordingly​
  • Managing the delivery and on the ground execution of experiences on time and in budget​
  • Ad-hoc marketing support across other client experiences

You’re an energetic marketing leader with at least 8 years’ experience in strategic marketing, client engagement, and program delivery. You bring:

 

  • Deep expertise in marketing planning, relationship building, event management, and internal/external communications
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset and a track record of delivering end-to-end programs
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in leading growth initiatives and activations
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
