About the Role:

 

As a Manager – Operational Transformation, you’ll lead large-scale projects that deliver high-value outcomes for diverse clients across both public and private sectors. You will work closely with senior executives and boards to deliver solutions that drive success across industries like mining, power, utilities, and transport.

About You:

 

You’re a strategic and motivated leader with experience in strategy, operations, advisory, or transformation. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for leading teams to deliver exceptional results.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience leading complex projects in a consulting or in-house environment.
  • Strong expertise in process improvement initiatives, optimising operational efficiency and driving sustainable change.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering transformative solutions.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for developing teams and mentoring future leaders.
  • Experience in heavy asset industries (mining, utilities, transport) is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading digital system implementations is also highly preferred.
