Are you a Workday Manager who’s passionate about taking on some of the most challenging and large-scale Workday projects in Australia? If yes, then read on.

 

What will your typical day look like?   
 

As a Workday Manager within Deloitte’s HRT practice, you will be responsible for leading and delivering functional elements of Workday engagements across various industry sectors along with the following responsibilities:  

 

  • Apply the HR Transformation methodology to specific client needs 
  • Demonstrate expertise in HR practices and processes, including HR strategy, organization, operations, position management, learning and development, performance management, recruitment, compensation, industrial relations, and technology 
  • Understand the administrative, tactical and strategic nature of HR activities 
  • Certified in one of the Software as a Service (SAAS) applications, either Workday or SuccessFactors, to assist clients to implement these applications from design through to deployment.

We revamp the way our client companies work and craft beautifully designed, fully integrated systems with solutions like SAP, Oracle, and Workday. In our solution-focused team, we get a little nervous with the average as learning and collaboration sees no end. 

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you  

We are keen to speak with experienced Workday Managers from the HR Transformation & Technology ecosystem. To succeed you will have the following experience and attributes: 

 

  • Workday Core HCM certified 
  • A minimum of 1 full Workday implementation lifecycle experience 
  • Experience in all project phases, from Design through to Deploy 
  • Strong practical experience in functional configuration in one or more module of Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Security or Learning  
  • Strong practical understanding or experience in Security configuration and Reporting 
  • Strong understanding of relationship between Core HCM and other Workday modules 
  • Preferred experience with the HR function and HR processes and associated leading practices 
  • Ability to guide a client through decision making 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
