Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Brisbane Deloitte Digital team. This role is responsible for driving quality outcomes across complex digital delivery programmes on customer facing interfaces through the application of modern quality engineering practices, automation-first testing approaches, and continuous improvement.

What will your typical day look like?

Working across customer-facing digital products, you'll lead quality activities from sprint planning through to release, making sure features meet functional and non-functional expectations. That includes shaping test strategy, defining quality risks, and designing scalable UI automation approaches using tools like Playwright, with integrated coverage across web, app and API layers.

A big part of the role is helping teams and clients make confident delivery decisions. You'll guide defect triage, troubleshoot automation failures, and provide clear advice on quality assurance outcomes, release readiness, and where to focus effort for the biggest impact.

Alongside the technical work, you'll be part of cross-functional Agile teams made up of designers, engineers, product specialists and client stakeholders. The pace is varied and hands-on, with plenty of scope to influence delivery leadership, improve ways of working, and lift quality maturity across the program.

You are someone with:

• 5+ years experience leading automation testing across digital interfaces such as web and app, with integrated API testing

• Strong capability in UI automation frameworks such as Playwright

• Experience designing, building and maintaining automated test suites in Agile delivery environments

• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, test design techniques, exploratory testing and risk-based testing

• Confidence owning quality outcomes for user stories, features and releases

• Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr

• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and consulting skills

• Experience contributing to planning, delivery leadership and quality governance activities
