As a Senior Manager – Learning Experience at Deloitte, you will play a critical role in architecting the Firm’s employee learning experience that defines how our people seamlessly access distinct Deloitte development opportunities and navigate the acceleration of their personal skill growth. Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will lead the design and delivery of a human-centered experience that drives purposeful, people-focused, strategically aligned learning.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to uncover insights, co-design solutions, and deliver a high-impact experience that drives engagement, clarity, and belonging across the firm.
What will your typical day look like?
- Architect the end-to-end learning experience using behaviour change, design thinking principles and research
- Lead and coach the Learning Experience team and collaborate across the wider Learning team
- Embrace innovation and emerging technologies, including AI, to reimagine how we design, personalise, and scale impactful employee learning
- Monitor feedback and analytics to continuously elevate the learning experience
- Stay across emerging trends in learning experience, design, communication, and technology

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in Learning, Employee Experience, or Organisational Development roles
- Demonstrated capability in managing transformation projects, ensuring successful design and implementation of large-scale learning and change initiatives
- Proven experience aligning learning with broader employee experience and brand strategies
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget management and impact analysis
- Project management skills
- Collaboration capabilities to manage relationships with SMEs and other stakeholders effectively to connect the dots and influence across a complex matrix organisation.
- The ability to lead a high performing team to achieve demonstrable long-term outcomes.
