We’re looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Client & Workplace Experience team in Brisbane. This part-time position (22.5 hours per week across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) is your opportunity to bring warmth, professionalism and polish to every interaction — helping shape the first impression of Deloitte for everyone who walks through our doors. 

 

What will your typical day look like? 
Each day you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, clients and people. You’ll greet visitors with confidence and professionalism, support meetings and events, and ensure our client spaces reflect Deloitte’s commitment to excellence. 
You’ll oversee meeting and function bookings, coordinate event logistics, manage our guest inbox, and assist with a range of administrative and hospitality tasks. Whether it’s crafting the perfect coffee, helping a partner host a client event, or making sure our rooms are ready for a busy day, you’ll bring a personal touch to everything you do.

Our Client & Workplace Experience (CWE) team is a close-knit, service-focused group that ensures Deloitte’s people and clients feel welcomed and supported. You’ll work alongside experienced hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering five-star experiences within a collaborative and inclusive culture. Together, we create spaces and moments that bring Deloitte’s purpose to life.

You may have all or some of the following skills and experiences: 

  • A passion for people and creating memorable experiences 

  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed expectations 

  • The ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Professional presentation and a solutions-focused mindset 

  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage or corporate reception (5-star hotel or corporate environment ideal) 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AV, Zoom and Microsoft Teams 

  • Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
