Workforce & Payroll Solutions Director - Healthcare lead

Joining the Workforce and Payroll Solutions (WPS) team as a member of the leadership team you will be accountable for helping establish and build out our Healthcare vertical along with ongoing development and growth of the Workforce and Payroll Solutions Healthcare offerings.

 

Core components of the role will consist of:

  • The identification of and lead the pursuit of WPS Healthcare market opportunities
  • Collaborating and working with the Firm’s national Healthcare industry teams in the assessment and development of cross firm offerings
  • Leading the delivery of WPS Healthcare projects
  • Developing and growing Healthcare capability within the WPS team

 

You will be expected to engage widely across the firm partnering with business unit, Healthcare industry and client account leadership to identify, plan and pursue Healthcare sector opportunities and enhance current opportunities.

 

Similarly, to successfully deliver WPS Healthcare projects you will be expected to help deliver growth plans for capability across the WPS team (both internal team capability development and new hires) consistent with the agreed services plan.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and lead the pursuit of WPS Healthcare sector opportunities
  • Coach, develop and grow WPS Healthcare capabilities within the WPS team
  • Collaborate, create and enhance WPS go to market offerings, services and materials
  • Develop WPS Healthcare services go to market offerings
  • Develop and standardise WPS delivery tools, methods and accelerators as applicable for Healthcare offerings
  • Development and publication of relevant WPS Healthcare related thought leadership and market opinions.

 

KPIs:

  • Sales growth measured via attributable lead and team sales
  • Revenue and margin measured via attributable managed revenue and margin within plan and agreed targets
  • Utilisation measured via time charged to project delivery
  • Team development, retention and growth measured via FTE against plan and team development goals

 

Desired experience:

  • Applied working knowledge of the Australian, regional (Asia-Pacific) and Global Healthcare industry
  • Applied working knowledge of workforce management or payroll operations and / or systems within the Healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to engage with and manage executive level client stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and develop teams
  • Proven business development capabilities
