We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UKG Director to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions team, specifically focusing on the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) module. As a respected industry expert in UKG, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing key product challenges, best practice and architectural guidance, ensuring leadership and direction in strategic projects as well as providing leadership, support, advice, and guidance to both team members and clients to help educate and develop the maximum utilisation of the capabilities implemented.
About the Role
As a UKG Director, you will:
- Lead the Design and Implementation of UKG Pro WFM Solutions: Architect and design UKG Pro WFM solutions, ensuring appropriate integration, alignment, and embedding within the customer's overall landscape.
- Develop new opportunities through product leadership: Grow the practice revenue through identifying and managing business development opportunities through best practice guidance with new and existing Deloitte clients.
- Promote Product Knowledge and Product Roadmap: Champion latest product releases with Deloitte clients and team and develop future opportunities to enhance the customers use of the product.
- Ensure Best Practices: Consider factors such as the best use of functionality, user experience, and integration complexity to deliver the best value and customer-aligned solutions.
- Mentor and Develop Team Members: Provide strategic leadership, support, advice, and guidance to help educate and develop the team's solution capabilities.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our highly talented WFM consulting team to implement, consult, and advise on UKG (Kronos) software aligned with project schedules.
Enough about Us, Let's Talk About You
You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll, and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in UKG (Kronos) software, you’ll need to bring a strong aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.
Requirements:
- Industry recognsied leader working on UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
- Specialist knowledge in the majorify of UKG Pro WFM functional areas including time and attendance, optimised rostering, forecasting, talk, data hub, BOOMI and activities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Business development experience in the shaping and framing of technology enabled solution development
- Ability to keep abreast of industry processes, technology changes, complementary product changes and keeping core UKG Pro WFM skills up to date
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A drive for high quality successful delivery along with continuous process improvement
