As Chief of Staff & Transformation and Change Lead, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Deloitte Digital Leadership Team. In this role, you balance the delivery of day-to-day operational priorities with shaping and driving longer-term strategic initiatives. You lead the execution of the Customer AI Transformation Program, optimise operational effectiveness, and enable informed decision-making. Your work will ensure seamless execution of immediate priorities while advancing the organisation’s future vision, fostering alignment, and enhancing communication, connection, and collaboration across the portfolio.

 

What will your typical day look like?

Combining strategic advisory and hands‑on delivery, you will drive strategic priorities and lead transformation and change initiatives within the Deloitte Digital Leadership team. You will counsel senior leadership on strategic objectives and oversee their development and implementation. A central responsibility will be managing relationships with key client and internal stakeholders to support governance and communication. You will also spearhead transformation programmes — particularly AI‑enabled initiatives — to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable value. Coordinating cross‑functional teams, capturing lessons learned and promoting continuous improvement will be ongoing priorities for you.

  • Proven programme management capability, with experience prioritising and managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Skilled at building robust relationships and collaborating across cross‑functional teams
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experienced in managing executive stakeholders, influencing outcomes and fostering cross‑organisational collaboration
  • Advanced analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills that translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated leadership in transformation programmes and/or experience serving as Chief of Staff
  • Commitment to innovation and a readiness to pursue bold, forward‑thinking approaches
  • Professional integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Highly organised, proactive and efficient, able to balance strategic direction with operational delivery
