Join our Engineering, AI & Data team in Brisbane and help clients solve complex technology problems through cloud engineering, AI-enabled delivery and modern software development practices.
What will your typical day look like?
Some engagements will see you turning an unclear client brief into an architecture, delivery approach or technical design that a team can build and operate with confidence. On others, you'll be hands-on designing and developing APIs, integrations, event-driven services and cloud-native solutions running on Microsoft Azure.
You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, balance quality, risk, time-to-value, and long-term maintainability.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
-
Designing, building and supporting cloud-native applications, APIs, integrations and distributed systems.
-
Working directly with clients, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
-
Contributing to solution design, technical estimation, planning and delivery within Agile teams.
-
Building and maintaining Azure-based solutions across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
-
Implementing engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, observability, security and DevOps automation.
-
Applying AI-assisted engineering practices across analysis, design, development, testing and documentation.
-
Communicating technical concepts, risks and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-
Collaborating with engineers, architects and delivery teams across Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra.
-
Supporting junior engineers through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Contributing to reusable assets, engineering standards, and delivery of accelerators across the practice.
