What You'll Do Daily 

  

Test Execution & Maintenance 

• Execute automated test suites and analyse results 

• Maintain and update existing test scripts based on application changes 

• Create new automated test cases following established frameworks and patterns 

• Report and track defects through resolution 

• Perform regression testing and smoke testing 

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines 

  

Development Support 

• Develop automated tests using provided frameworks (Selenium/Playwright/Cypress) 

• Follow coding standards and test design patterns set by senior team members 

• Participate in test planning sessions and provide execution estimates 

• Document test results and maintain test documentation 

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements 

  

Required Skills & Experience 

  

Must Have: 

• 2-4 years automation testing experience 

• Proficiency in automation testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, WebdriverIO, Cypress, or similar) 

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript 

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps) 

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) 

• Experience in test case design and execution 

• Basic understanding of API testing and mobile application testing 

  

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with BDD/TDD methodologies and tools like Cucumber 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) 

• API testing experience (REST/SOAP) 

• Mobile testing experience 

• Exposure to AI development tools and testing AI-powered applications 

• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools (test case generation, intelligent test maintenance) 

• Performance testing experience
