We have an exciting opportunity to join the Deloitte Learning team as AI Fluency Learning Senior Manager for a 9–12-month parental leave cover.

 

As our AI Fluency Learning Senior Manager, you’ll drive how our people build AI skills at pace. Your role is to architect and deliver a bold, relevant curriculum which supports our Human-Led AI powered workforce. Reporting to the Head of Learning, you’ll:

 

  • Lead the AI Fluency learning stream and shape Deloitte’s AI capability uplift
  • Partner with Talent Experience, Communications and Change specialists to drive behavioural change
  • Engage with Senior Partners to architect AI learning curriculums
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs to create digital and experiential learning assets, events and pathways
  • Facilitate and oversee delivery of AI and other strategic learning programs
  • Lead a team of learning specialists in shaping and executing the delivery of the AI learning curriculum.

 

What will your typical day look like?  

 

  • Architect end-to-end AI learning pathways aligned to firm priorities and tools
  • Map capability needs with senior leaders to ensure content matches strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with SMEs to turn complex concepts into interactive digital modules and hands-on workshops
  • Curate learning assets and experiences into end to end learning journeys
  • Facilitate AI programs, energising participants and driving real-world impact
  • Coach and lead your team, fostering agility, innovation and high standards
  • Monitor feedback and analytics to continually improve learning offerings and experiences
  • Stay on top of AI, digital learning, and experiential design trends, bringing fresh ideas to each project

  • Proven experience building and delivering large-scale learning programs, ideally in technical or AI domains
  • Skill in working with senior stakeholders to architect and align curriculum to business needs
  • Ability to build AI skills at scale and pace
  • Ability to partner with SMEs to design digital and experiential assets that drive behaviour change
  • Strong track record managing multi stream projects and leading high-performing, cross functional teams
  • Effective collaboration in complex, matrix environments
  • Commercial acumen and ability to strategically articulate the impact of the learning (including measurement) to demonstrate tangible impact  
  • Passion for AI and learning; curiosity and enthusiasm counts as much as experience
