One key digital solution is the management tool, Communic8, which helps our clients create more engaging messaging solutions for important communiques, and also forms the technology layer for a number of Deloitte’s Human Capital assets. To aid our success in this space, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist that will provide support to our clients across Communic8 and other associated digital assets.

 

Some of the Key Accountabilities for this role are:

  • Understanding and evaluating the customer’s business needs to enable them to deliver an exceptional digital workforce experience leveraging Communic8
  • Designing & implementing change requests, enhancements and supporting high quality business solutions
  • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution support of digital solutions and other assets
  • Perform issue investigation and resolution via remote support across customers
  • Providing ongoing technical support and advice to Deloitte’s customer base
  • Translate customer business requirements into business solutions
  • Perform solution deployment to multiple instances
  • Co-ordinate with offshore consultants
  • Co-ordinate with product vendors, including Communic8

You are someone who has experience in providing specialist professional HR/Payroll consulting or technical support services and solutions to customers/businesses as well as experience facilitating the design, implementation, and support of HCM applications.

 

  • Sound understanding of business processes, particularly as they relate to HR and people management and/or Information Technology
  • Technical background across platform support with good understanding of API’s / coding background
  • JavaScript/JSON experience to support integrations
  • Experience with JSONata extremely useful
  • Experience with Vue/Vuetify useful to support integration reports
  • Knowledge of mobile app deployments using Master Data Management systems (e.g. Microsoft InTune)
  • Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and navigate complexities
  • A keen eye for design and ability to work around limitations and changes to ongoing enhancements to SaaS products
  • SuccessFactors certifications  or experience/knowledge of SuccessFactors desirable  to assist with recipient integration support
  • An understanding of information technology concepts and processes as they relate to modern Human Resource and Payroll management practices
  • Tertiary level qualifications coupled with experience in implementation or support of HCM Cloud and related technical areas
  • Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Managing complex change control across multiple SaaS customers and understanding when to escalate
