About the team 

Our Deloitte Centre for Innovation and Technology in Adelaide is a first for Deloitte in Australia.  We are harnessing South Australia’s technology and innovation ecosystem to develop and deliver new offerings for the Australian market more broadly.  The Centre will support our clients across areas that include the public sector, as well as defence and space industries, which require the specialised onshore services in Australia we are committed to delivering.  Our talent strategy for the Centre revolves around a Partnership with a major South Australian University.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. 

You are someone with: 

3+ years Project Management experience with a passion for People, Innovation and Education. Experience delivering projects using a traditional methodology (e.g. waterfall) or Agile framework (e.g. Scrum, hybrid Agile, SAFe). The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have experience in an Education related field. University degree or equivalent qualifications

What will your typical day look like?

This role will be working with Senior Leaders to drive the project management of a strategic Deloitte project focused on building talent within the Firm.  

You will be:

Project managing a strategic Deloitte talent project Partnering with our University stakeholders and various internal teams to drive the team to deliver on outcomes Liaising with senior stakeholders to facilitate decisions, communicate progress and issues / risks Planning and actioning project activities with the team (via schedule or backlog / sprints) and tracking the timely execution of them Maintaining accurate project records in the firm’s project & portfolio management system (e.g. change requests, issues / risks, resource allocation and budgets), and Writing regular status reports and preparing for quality assurance gates.
