Are you passionate about working with clients to transform their businesses through technology?  We have a passionate and driven team who are looking for others who are passionate about working with clients on their most complex organisation transformation programs.


What will your typical day look like?  

Our Technology Enablement team within Human Capital Consulting specialise in working with our clients to navigate the changes associated with the introduction of new technology and business transformation.  We work closely with our clients on a range of people related challenges including:


  • Large tech implementation:  Working closely with our technology and client teams to build readiness for change in line with the business and technology changes which occur with large implementations.
  • Complex stakeholder engagement to support major transformation, including complex procurement, ministerial support, workforce changes etc.
  • Leveraging agile practices and expertise to assist clients in moving to the cloud with a wide range of technologies, this includes supporting changes to the business and the supporting technology teams as a result of cloud operating models. 
  • Integrating Future of Learning:  Delivering learning for our programs differently, in line with how people prefer to learn in today’s society.
  • Change program development, include change assessments, assurance activities, behavioural change and leadership development.
  • Readiness Monitoring:  Quantifying and qualifying readiness for any change so that clients can better track and monitor their change ROI. 

As a Manager in our team you will enable your clients to lead strategic transformations in their organisations through high impact experiences that deliver true business value and lasting results. You will lead teams of consultants to understand the human element of change and design and deliver activities to build readiness where it is needed across our clients organisations.

We are looking for experienced human capital practitioners with 5+ years of experience looking to apply your skills and learn more from the Organisational Transformation communities.  We are looking for diverse skill sets that include a cross-section of the following:


  • Experience in delivering technology driven change projects (SAP, Oracle, WorkDay, Salesforce, etc.) including planning and conducting workplace or organisation change in large or complex organisations, workshop facilitation, and design for business including persona development, storytelling and design thinking
  • Experience across multiple business domains or industries 
  • Experience in coaching and managing a team of consultants is essential
  • Experience in managing and leading a team both local and remote is desired
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Undertaken Capability Uplift projects to define and build new capabilities in teams and individuals
  • Developed effective Communications incorporating storytelling
  • Defined and managed Workforce Transition and organisational design activities is highly regarded
