What will your typical day look like?
You will leverage your passion for cyber security and people to help our clients address their key cyber risks. You will bring strategic thinking, communication and interpersonal skills, which will enable you to engage at all levels of an organisation in relation to the cyber risk agenda. 
You will work with a diverse and driven team to assist organisations with a wide range of security advisory, transformation and implementation services, such as cyber security strategy, threat and risk assessment, security design and implementation of solutions. 
As a Senior Consultant, you will support the delivery of advisory and implementation projects and contribute to the culture of learning and impact within our cyber risk practice.

Our cyber risk practice has deep capabilities across cyber strategy and governance; cloud and infrastructure; identity and access management; attack and response; data protection and application security. You will work as part of a diverse cyber team of over 400 people nationally, with significant focus on supporting clients in South Australia.


Enough about us, let's talk about you.

You will bring a strong balance of infrastructure security experience across a range of security domains, strategic thinking, communication and interpersonal skills, which will enable you to engage at all levels of an organisation in relation to the cyber risk agenda.


You are someone with:
3+ years of experience in cyber risk across leading cyber transformation initiatives, managing cyber security functions or cyber risk consulting

A diverse range of cyber security experience and capabilities, such as security strategy & governance, security architecture, or security engineering in areas such as SIEM, Identity & Access Management, Operational Technology, Cloud or network security.

Strong desire to develop leadership skills and impact, improve security posture of the clients from people, process, and technology perspective. A passion for cyber security.


Experience in some or all of the following:

  • Cloud administration and cloud security
  • Administration of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, System Centre, Defender for Cloud and Azure solutions
  • Identity management platforms, RBAC and Modern Authentication (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID)
  • Endpoint Security Configuration, Windows Application and OS Security
  • Knowledge in scripting languages (i.e. PowerShell, Python, BASH)
  • Database Vulnerability Management (SQL, Oracle)
  • Enterprise Security Monitoring Systems (SIEM, CASB, SWG)
  • M365 and Azure Security experience/certifications


Strong communication and problem-solving skills, proven ability to engage with stakeholders effectively at all levels of the organisation:

  • A broad awareness of security solutions
  • A strong desire to develop your cyber security capabilities and leadership skills
  • A strong interest in providing cyber security advice and capability uplift to a variety of organisations, working across multiple sectors including financial services, defence, energy & resources and public sector.
  • 5-10 years of experience in systems administration, cyber security or related area.
