Vacationer Program  

Our Vacationer Program is a paid summer internship (4–8 weeks) offering real client exposure, project work, and structured onboarding. You’ll have a dedicated buddy, access to networking and social events, and the opportunity to be considered for an early Graduate offer.

Start dates: November 2026 – February 2027 

Duration: 4 weeks

Location: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney 

Eligibility: Penultimate year students, Australian citizen for Canberra / PR or Australian citizen for all other locations  

About the team

Our Enterprise Technology teams are a diverse group of professionals who focus on business process design, technical delivery, data and analytics, platform and solution architecture, working across large-scale enterprise transformations. 

In these teams, you will work to chart out strategies, roadmaps, and plans to propel technology-driven transformational change in line with business objectives. You will also be helping clients drive increased value from their technology functions, adopt contemporary ways of working, and enable business or technology teams to transform. 

Join a team of passionate technologists who harness the latest tech trends and help clients solve their most complex problems and navigate disruption.  The team supports early-career development through coaching, buddy support and hands-on experience and values learning, collaboration and diverse thinking.

What will your typical day look like?

Day-to-day, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.

Enterprise Technology Managed Services

Working with our HR, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle and Kronos), as a vacationer you will:

• assist with managing the support ticket queue, helping to ensure tickets are actioned quickly, prioritised appropriately, and moved forward towards resolution
• act as a point of contact between support staff and customers, helping to maintain clear communication about priorities, status updates, and expectations. 
• participate in incident management activities for high-priority incidents, supporting technical teams and helping drive incidents through structured resolution processes.

As a vacationer in the SAP team, you’ll:

• develop an understanding of how technology, data and business processes come together   
• deliver enterprise technology solutions that enable end-to-end business processes 
• contribute to large-scale digital transformation programs across industries

Oracle

As a vacationer in the Oracle team, you’ll:  

• work with state-of-the-art business software and technologies 
• help our clients with complex transformations that make meaningful improvements 
• gain experience in data and analytics, software development, process design and project management

Emerging ERP

As avacationer in the Emerging ERP team, you’ll:

• learn and leverage our modern delivery methodologies and tools to enable technology-enabled outcomes for our clients
• work with multidisciplinary internal teams in engineering, cloud or business strategy to realise our client’s technology transformation objectives

Servicenow

As a vacationer in this team, you’ll:

• advise clients on Servicenow solution implementation to automate workflows across core systems to deliver a best-in-class user experience and supporting a seamless integration into existing systems
• help our clients with transformations that make meaningful improvements

Tech Strategy & Transformation

As a vacationer in this team, you’ll:  

• support technology strategy and transformation engagements, including researching industry trends, analysing current-state technology environments, and helping develop future-state roadmaps for clients. 
• contribute to client deliverables, such as strategy decks, business cases, operating model designs, or transformation plans, working closely with senior team members 
• work with our thought leaders and our client stakeholders to shape the transformation to support client in implementing their strategic ambitions

We’re seeking penultimate year students to join our vacationer program.

You may have all or some of the following:

• Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback

• You’ll be studying towards or have completed a relevant degree, such as Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering
