Our Capital and Program Advisory team helps clients design, deliver and improve major programs that matter, from infrastructure and energy projects to complex public sector initiatives. Through our Vacationer Program, you'll spend your summer building practical experience in program delivery, strategy and operations, while learning alongside people who work on high-stakes transformation every day.
What will your typical day look like?
Over the course of your internship, you'll support real client work across major programs and transformation initiatives. You'll learn on the job, build practical skills, and get exposure to how complex projects are shaped, delivered and improved over time.

Contribute to project work across industries such as Defence, Energy and Resources, and Local Government
As well as learning in the flow of work, you'll be part of our structured Vacationer Program. You'll have a dedicated buddy, access to networking and social events, and the opportunity to be considered for an early graduate offer.
About the team
Deloitte's Capital and Program Advisory team helps clients plan, deliver and improve major programs from early design through to long-term operational performance. The team works across complex transformation and delivery challenges, bringing together strategic, commercial and operational thinking, supported by AI-powered tools and digital solutions. You'll work with people who support clients across sectors including Defence, Energy and Resources, and Local Government. It's a strong team for building practical experience in how major programs create impact at scale.

We're seeking penultimate-year students to join our Vacationer Program.
You may have all or some of the following:

Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback

You'll be studying a relevant degree, such as Finance, Engineering, Science, Commerce, Business, International Relations or Government Policy
