About the team
Our Technology, Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) practice sits as part of a connected national and APAC team. It is responsible for answering the most challenging client problems: how can technology strategy enable a business to deliver outcomes; how do we select and design technology to enable growth; how do we structure enterprise and domain architecture functions; how to solve complex business and technology problems; and how to execute technology-led transformations. The Opportunity
Our TS&T team is at the forefront of technology and innovation to help our clients imagine their business, solve the most complex business and technology problems and help them accelerate their transformational journey. We are currently hiring at the Consultant level within our growing practice in Adelaide for the following areas of expertise:
- Project and Program Delivery and Assurance
- Business-Led Technology Strategy and Business Case Development
- IT Operating Model Transformation
- Enterprise Design combining Enterprise Architecture, Service Design and Human Centred Design techniques
What will your typical day look like?
In our Tech Strategy & Transformation team, no two days are the same. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take on more ownership, work closely with clients, and play a key role in shaping solutions and delivering outcomes.
You can expect to:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading analysis to understand challenges and develop recommendations
- Tackle complex business problems, using research and structured thinking to shape solutions
- Identify how technology and innovation can drive competitive advantage
- Contribute to and develop enterprise architecture and solution designs across key domains
- Provide solution guidance and quality assurance across engagements
- Support technology selection and vendor decisions
- Lead and contribute to key client deliverables (strategy decks, business cases, operating models, transformation plans)
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and Deloitte teams (e.g. cloud, engineering, cyber) to deliver outcomes
- Support implementation and delivery, including coaching and project coordination
- Apply modern delivery methods and tools to drive successful transformation outcomes
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You have 3–5 years’ experience in a client-facing or advisory role, either in-house or in consulting. You understand how technology is delivered and bring a practical, commercial mindset.
You may have experience in:
- Strong problem-solving skills, working through complex or unclear challenges
- Supporting or leading technology projects, managing scope, risks, and outcomes
- Interest in IT strategy and emerging technologies, and applying them to business needs
- Exposure to enterprise or solution design, helping shape target state and delivery plans
- Working with vendors and sourcing processes, including evaluating solutions
- Familiarity with frameworks like Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, TOGAF or ITIL
You’re proactive, adaptable, and confident working with both business and technical teams.
