What will your typical day look like?
We are looking for experienced and dynamic Managers and Senior Managers to join our rapidly growing Program and Capital Project Delivery team in Adelaide.
As a member of our leadership team in Adelaide, you will provide exceptional client service and apply your experience to:
- Lead and help develop a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of business, sustainability, and climate goals for our clients
- Lead and manage some of the most visible and important nation-building programs across both public and private sector organisations
- Closely working with the leadership team to lead and drive business development opportunities, including preparing client proposals and scoping up client engagements
- Coach and manage a team, including shaping opportunities for your team’s professional development
- Undertake extensive operations and transformation focused training and development (both structured and on the job) with the opportunity to experience borderless careers through international assignments and secondments
- Contribute significantly to thought leadership, talent development, people leadership and running of Deloitte’s business in Adelaide.

We collaborate closely with our clients to create value through strategic investments in energy transition, major capital assets, commodities, and emerging industries. Our expertise extends to driving technology-driven, climate conscious transformations to build resilient organisations and future industries.
Our client portfolio includes working with Defence Industry, Energy and Resources and Local Government clients, where we apply our deep understanding of their unique challenges and regulatory environments. This involves delivering tailored solutions that meet stringent requirements while driving innovation and efficiency.

In response to strong client demand for our services, we have multiple roles for outstanding Manager and Senior Manager level practitioners.
You are a highly motivated individual with:
- Strong growth mindset and a track record of leading business development and marketing activities, with demonstratable connections to the market
- Extensive experience in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment
- Experience in leading complex transformation consulting projects, including managing senior relationships with public and private sector organisations
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as self
- Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling arguments at executive and working level
- Advanced problem solving and project delivery skills
- Proven ability to develop strong, long-lasting, and fruitful business relationships
- Ability to manage and deliver on multiple streams of work
- Strong and adaptable facilitation and project management skills
- Advanced problem solving, business analysis and project delivery skills
- Must be Australian Citizen, with baseline or higher clearance or able to obtain one.
Experience or transferable capabilities in defence industry program delivery, energy and resources, sovereign capability building, complex transformation programs, supply chain resilience and industrial redesign engagements is preferred.
