Our Guest Experience team in Adelaide is seeking a talented and motivated leader to step into a newly created management role, representing Deloitte in a client-facing capacity. Based at our new Festival Tower location, you will lead a small professional team, driving service excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.

What will your typical day look like?
This role oversees the smooth delivery of front-of-house operations, including room setups, event execution, and coordination with third-party providers. You will lead regular team meetings and catch-ups, manage rosters and casual staff, and ensure adherence to the Guest Experience Manual and SOPs.
Responsibilities include managing costs, escalation of issues, defects, cleaning, room priorities, and event charges, as well as handling client feedback and dispute resolution. You will manage vendor relationships, implement national leadership directives, oversee menu offerings, and handle staff check-ins, leave management, and development opportunities.
Collaboration is key in this role—you’ll work closely with internal teams such as Workplace, AV Solutions, and the EA/PA community to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences. Your insights and feedback will help us continuously enhance our service and shape the future of guest experience at Deloitte.
About the Team
Deloitte’s National Client & Workplace Experience team oversees the guest and visitor experience, workplace strategy and operations and group property for all Deloitte offices in Australia.
The Guest Experience teams consist of vibrant and engaging hospitality professionals who have a reputation for creating a centre of excellence approach in everything they do.

You are someone with a passion for exceptional customer service and treating others with empathy, care, and respect. You are an organised and confident individual who will provide exceptional first impressions of the Deloitte brand and reputation.
Additionally you will have:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality, events, or guest services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, clients, and guests.
- Strategic and organised, with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A solutions-focused approach, underpinned by strong attention to detail, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Skilled in building capability and engagement within a team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
