We are seeking a Guest Experience Consultant to join our Client Services team based in Adelaide. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Festival Tower office, offering an exciting opportunity to kickstart or grow your career in hospitality and client services within a high-performing, professional environment.
What will your typical day look like?
- In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional guest experiences across our client-facing spaces. Day to day you will create welcoming, polished environments—whether that’s preparing high-quality barista coffee, supporting meetings and events, or ensuring spaces are perfectly set up and maintained to a premium standard.
- You’ll also be the first point of contact for clients, VIPs, and internal teams, managing enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. You’ll anticipate needs, resolve issues with confidence, and deliver a consistently warm and professional service experience. Working closely with teams across Workplace, AV, and business support functions, you’ll help ensure every interaction is seamless and memorable.
About the team
- Our Guest Experience team plays a key role in shaping how clients and teams experience Deloitte. Based in our award-winning Festival Tower office, the team delivers premium hospitality and service across meetings, events, and daily operations.
- You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values attention to detail, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Together, the team creates an environment where exceptional service is the standard and every interaction matters.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- A genuine passion for hospitality, guest experience, or events
- Strong barista skills with experience producing high-quality coffee in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Experience delivering food and beverage or event service (desirable)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A commitment to delivering consistently high standards of service
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
